Our mission
Biblical principles for future professions.
Faithful formation
Students are invited to think seriously about calling, character, money, leadership, ambition, and service through a biblical lens.
Professional readiness
Guest speakers and guided discussions connect classroom learning with the decisions students will face in internships, firms, startups, and offices.
Schedule and structure
Simple, intentional, and relationship-first.
Planned semester calendar
Meetings are held 5-6 times each semester at the Business Education Complex and scheduled in advance at the beginning of the semester.
Faithful guest speakers
Students hear from Christian men and women in business who can speak honestly about faith, work, leadership, and wisdom.
Discussion-based meetings
Conversations are built to foster genuine relationships, with a real effort to know names and help people feel seen by the club.
No first-semester dues
The first semester has no dues or fees so the invitation stays broad across backgrounds, social circles, GPAs, and majors.
Community
A room where people are known by name.
Christians in Business is designed to be more than a speaker series. Every gathering makes room for honest discussion, prayerful encouragement, and the kind of relationships that can carry into internships, interviews, and careers.
Executive board
A student leadership team helps delegate duties, welcome newcomers, coordinate speakers, and steward the club well. The goal is a board marked by godly men and women serving together.
Our vision
Faithful stewards in business for years to come.
For the Lord to use this club to create faithful stewards in business who glorify Him for years to come, building an LSU network and fellowship of likeminded Christian men and women in the business world.
"For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."
Ephesians 2:10
